The Department of Information, Risk, and Operations Management offers students the opportunity to examine the critical area of management decision making from a variety of perspectives, while exposing them to the practical side of their chosen discipline. As a result, the IROM graduates are highly sought by corporate recruiters, entrepreneurial companies, and academia.

We connect MIS students with other like-minded individuals and host networking events to provide McCombs students with exposure to MIS recruiters.
Supply Chain Management Student Organization (SCMSO) at the McCombs School of Business is open to all students who attend the University of Texas at Austin and want to gain insight in supply chain with various companies across a range of industries.
SCMSO fosters an environment to connect and network with peers and professionals in the field.
