Beth Paretta is the VP of Sporting for the FIA Formula E electric global racing series and the founder and owner of Paretta Autosport – a professional, women-forward race team that launched in the INDYCAR series in 2021. The Team made history when they qualified for and competed in the famed Indianapolis 500 – the Greatest Spectacle in Racing. Women comprise the majority of the team’s roster, including mechanics, engineers, over-the-wall pit crew, marketing, and operations.

Prior to the founding of Paretta Autosport, Beth held executive leadership roles across finance, operations, and marketing at Volkswagen Group, Aston Martin Lagonda, and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), now Stellantis.

Beth was the first woman to lead a performance brand and motorsports for a global auto maker, as the Director of marketing and operations for SRT - Street and Racing Technology – a division of Fiat Chrysler. In addition to leading brand development and managing multiple vehicle launches, she managed the operations and marketing of racing programs in NASCAR, ALMS, IMSA, SRO, SuperCross, TransAm, Global RallyCross, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. During her tenure FCA-supported teams won three national championships: NASCAR Cup Series, IMSA (GTLM), and TransAm (TA2).

In 2022, with retired racing driver Lyn St. James, Beth co-founded Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA), a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of women working across all roles and disciplines of motor racing by promoting networking, mentorship, and education.

Beth serves as a delegate to the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission and on the Board of Directors of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. She has been named a ‘Game Changer’ and ‘Power Player’ by Sports Business Journal and an ‘Industry Influencer’ by the Automotive Hall of Fame of America. She is based in New York City and London.
