What programs should I target for recruitiing?

For entry-level roles, we recommend recruiting from the BBA program and MS programs in business administration (e.g., business analytics, finance, and marketing) and information technology and management.

For mid-level roles, we recommend the MBA program and MS programs in business administration (e.g., business analytics, finance, and marketing) and information technology and management.

For senior-level roles, we recommend the MBA programs, including our Executive and Working Professional MBAs.

Over 20% of our undergraduate students take on technology roles post-graduation. Many of those students choose tech-focused majors from the start.

Our STM major focuses on taking new, innovative ideas to the marketplace. It’s one of the only undergraduate programs of its kind and students graduate as excellent, tech-savvy communicators.

These students learn how to effectively manage projects in highly technical business environment.

Our MIS major is one of the top-ranked programs in the country. Coursework focuses on the role of technology in all aspects of business and accompany fast-paced, tech-heavy courses well suited to the ever-expanding technology industry.

Our MSITM program is a 10-month, STEM-certified degree that creates business leaders prepared for disruptive innovations due to emerging technologies, such as deep learning and blockchain. Many MSITM students choose electives that focus on emerging technology and the required capstone course allows them to work with companies building systems and utilizing technologies learned from MSITM curriculum.
