Texas McCombs offers employers the opportunity to host virtual or in-person informational events during certain weeks of each academic semester. We are happy to work with you to host a McCombs-exclusive event or to promote an existing event through our recruiting systems.

Types of Events
Your Recruiting Operations Manager can help you coordinate event options specific to your company.
Dedicate time for one-on-one or small group conversations with prospective candidates to allow in-depth discussions regarding recruitment, company culture, and more.
Office Hours: 15-20 minute scheduled time slot, usually 1:1
Coffee Chats: Come and go format, small group conversations
Pro Tips:
- Beneficial for both new employers looking to build brand awareness and employers seeking engagement opportunities with prospective candidates.
- Office hours are held in our interview rooms, with the option for multiple employer representatives to host chats simultaneously.
- MBA students typically prefer the 1:1 format to group conversations.
- Employers typically provide coffee, snacks, and/or refreshments at coffee chats and bring multiple representatives to create small group ratios.
