Recruiting Operations Team
The Recruiting Operations team supports all employer partners with our online recruiting system and single-employer events. This team’s recruiting operations managers have industry-specific expertise in how best to post a job or retrieve resumes from student applicants. They provide guidance on recruiting activities for individual employers such as information sessions, office hours and interviews. They are available to help with any operational needs as you navigate recruiting opportunities at McCombs.

Employer Engagement & Specialty Events Team
The Employer Engagement & Specialty Events Team hosts all large-scale Career Management networking events, such as the BBA Career Expo and MBA Career Connections, as well as employer/alumni educational events to align employer engagement with student career goals. We take pride in providing meaningful oppportunities for employer partners to connect with BBA, Specialized Master’s, MPA and MBA student populations at Texas McCombs to create innovative recruiting engagements and foster strong connections. In addition, our team facilitates student programming to provide experiential learning and educational opportunities to connect students to employers prior to interviews.
