GenAI Accelerator: From Prompts to Agents
An immersive program that provides team members from diverse backgrounds with the practical skills to understand, utilize, and design Generative AI solutions, moving from basic prompting to the architecture of autonomous AI agents. The program includes lecture and lab time.

A Custom Program in 5 steps
1. Explore Goals & Challenges
The process begins with an exploratory meeting and an initial assessment to understand your business goals, organizational challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. This information helps inform the design of your custom program.
2. Design a Bespoke Program
Our faculty and program directors create a detailed curriculum and delivery plan that includes a measurement methodology to support your goals and expected outcomes. Your training program will be specifically tailored to address the challenges your teams face, and to capitalize on unrealized opportunities.
3. Attend the Program
Your program is delivered by our world-class faculty using a range of learning methods such as cases, simulations, group exercises, and experiential learning.
4. Apply Learnings
The value of a custom program extends long after the program ends. We are available to help your teams apply what they’ve learned with follow up sessions, action learning projects, and individual coaching. Some organizations even opt to build in virtual follow-up sessions.
5. Reflect and Refine
Post-program surveys and interviews help you evaluate the value and effectiveness of the program, its immediate and lasting impact on your organization, and areas for adjustment. Many organizations run custom programs annually, and we build in time to adjust content to account for changes.
