Juliette Nwagbara, M.S., RHIA, CRCR, PMP, is a dedicated Health IT advocate, certified Project Management Professional, public speaker, YouTuber, and the founder of RHIA Essential. She teaches Healthcare Project Management in the Digital Age as part of the HIHIT Program. Since graduating from UT Austin’s Fall 2015 HIHIT Program, she has gained extensive experience in Health I.T, serving as a Project Coordinator, Senior Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, and Marketing Project Manager. Her roles as an Implementation Specialist and Project Manager have taken her to various hospitals and clinics across the United States, where she recognized the critical need for more certified Health I.T professionals who possess both integrity and industry expertise to protect health information effectively.

Her company, RHIA Essential, focuses on providing educational services, including test preparation courses and career services, specifically for Health I.T professionals seeking professional licensure. RHIA Essential currently serves Health I.T professionals nationwide.

Juliette's YouTube channel, Health I.T Playground, aligns with her mission to elevate the Health I.T industry, promoting it to future generations on par with Law, Medicine, and Engineering.

Juliette holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas, a Professional Certificate in HIHIT from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science in Health Informatics Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Additionally, she earned a certificate in Leading Digital Transformations in Health Care from Harvard Medical School. Her certifications include CAPM (2016), PMP (2020), RHIA (2020), and CRCR (2024).
