Whether you prefer a self-guided approach or hands-on coaching, we provide many resources to help you achieve your career goals.
Your Role in the Process
To make the most of your coaching experience, it’s important to understand that the process involves active participation on your part. Here’s how you can prepare:
- Come with specific career goals in mind for your session (or a few ideas if you’re unsure).
- Be ready to engage in self-reflection and take action based on your coach’s guidance.
- Understand that while your coach will provide support and direction, you’ll be responsible for implementing strategies and making decisions.
Remember: our coaches do not write or edit resumés, provide specific job selection advice, or make personal life desisions for you. We aim to empower you with the tools and insights you need to navigate your career journey effectively.
