In August 2024, the MS in Health Care Transformation graduated its last cohort of students.
The MS in Health Care Transformation program was the first degree program at UT Austin launched jointly by two graduate schools – McCombs School of Business & Dell Medical School. The one-year hybrid program ran from 2019-2024 and graduated over 200 students from different areas of the health care sector. The MS in Health Care Transformation program was developed by an expert team at the Value Institute for Health and Care which was established in 2017 professors Elizabeth Teisberg, Ph.D., and Scott Wallace, J.D., MBA – global thought leaders in value based health care transformation.
